The star posts are really simple introduction to the stars. They sit next to the cloud panel - introducing visitors to …. well the clouds. We chose some easily recognisable constellation patterns and created them as zinc etched plaques. They are tactile and carry a short background as to the names of the constellations and what the names mean.
The posts themselves are very simple timber pillars, engraved with the name of the constellations and an abstract pattern linking them all together.
